If you opt in to texts we also record that choice. We also receive basic technical data your browser sends to any website, such as device type and the pages visited. If you call, we may record the call and keep the details you give.

We use your details to respond to your request, to evaluate the property you described and to contact you about it by the phone number you gave. We keep records of requests so that we can follow up and avoid contacting you twice about the same thing.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and handle requests (for example, hosting, form delivery, call handling and, if we make an offer, a title or escrow company and a licensed servicer), and only so far as needed for those purposes, or where the law requires it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
