The short form on this page is the quickest way to reach us. Give your name, a phone number, the address and whatever you want us to know about the loan or the listing. We reply by phone to the number you give, and by no other route unless you opt in.
What to include if you can
A rough balance owed, whether the listing has ended and how soon you would like to be finished. If you do not know, leave it blank. Before you send, it may help to read how a takeover works.

Who answers
Alex, our phone assistant, answers calls, takes your details and passes them to us. Calls may be recorded. If you would rather speak with a person, say so at the start.
You can email [email protected]. We do not send text messages unless you ticked the optional box on the form, and we never treat a text opt-in as required.
